We can ship within the domestic United States. Our goal is to ship everything with a 2 day transit time. 

We plan to continue to enhance our packaging to best support the product and branding. The packaging may vary dependent on the size of order and delays based on our upstream suppliers. 

The shipping cost will vary based on your shipping destination. We are shipping from Philadelphia, PA until we expand our operations. Shipping is free for orders over $150 or for local pickup at our Bagel & Co location (1001 N 2nd St - Northern Liberties in Philadelphia, PA). Shipping with UPS and FedEx for orders under $150 will depend on the distance. We ship with a planned transit time of 2 or less days; however, carrier may experience delays outside of our control. As we increase volume and physical locations, our hope is to pass shipping savings to the customer. 

Updates and notifications will be provided for your order. We estimate 1-2 days processing and packing and up to 2 days in transit so conservatively 4-6 days due to the weekend.

Local pickup is done at our Bagels & Co Northern Liberties PA location at 1001 N 2nd St Philadelphia PA 19123 open 7 days a week between 7am-3pm. Orders will be marked ready for pickup and a message communicated will allow the buyer to know when to pickup. We encourage you to message us if you are unable to pick up within 48 days when marked ready.
